Public Interest Projects
Kitsap is always changing, and we like helping the community see how familiar places are taking shape. These public-interest project pages share aerial, ground-level, and geospatial views of visible construction, infrastructure, and community development projects around the county. The goal is simple: offer a useful perspective most people do not usually get to see. These pages are informal community-interest features, not official city records, surveys, or construction documents.
Wyckoff /Eagle Harbor
Superfund Site
One of Bainbridge Island’s most significant environmental cleanup stories, the Wyckoff / Eagle Harbor site is slowly transitioning from industrial use toward restored shoreline and future public open space. This page offers a visual, geospatial look at the site and how it continues to change over time.
Poulsbo Event &
Recreation Center
The Poulsbo Event & Recreation Center, or PERC, is a planned multi-use community facility developed through a partnership between the City of Poulsbo, the Kitsap Public Facilities District, and the community. This page offers a visual, geospatial look at the site as it moves from planning toward construction and future community use.
